Échezeaux Grand Cru (0 ha 61 a 65 ca) Elegant and sumptuous. Often has scents of violet and spices. Matures earlier than our other grand crus. In its youth it is fragrant and silky becoming deep and full when it matures. A round wine which is rarely very tannic. May be kept 8 to 10 years. Our favourite wine at home when we are having pheasant or guineafowl. |

KEY
Needs time
The number in the brackets
indicates how many hours the wine should
be decanted for before it is served. Very
young wine that needs to mature is often
enjoyable to taste when it is young and
fruity. Decant before serving.
