Échezeaux Grand Cru (0 ha 61 a 65 ca)

Elegant and sumptuous. Often has scents of violet and spices. Matures earlier than our other grand crus. In its youth it is fragrant and silky becoming deep and full when it matures. A round wine which is rarely very tannic. May be kept 8 to 10 years. Our favourite wine at home when we are having pheasant or guineafowl.
